If you have an unexpected event, you can postpone it but not be refunded, except in special cases that will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We ask that you notify us at least a week before the event; otherwise, a $100 change fee will be applied. If notified with sufficient advance notice, there will be no additional costs.
